AccuTemp did a great job in explaining to me what was broken on my air conditioner. They didn't just try to immediately sell me a new unit. Replaced motor and capacitor on my air conditioner that is over 40 years old. When it comes time to replace this one, of course, I definitely would go with Carrier. Thanks to AccuTemp, they had the freon to put in it at a reasonable price.

We got back from a 5-day trip and the AC was on and running, but it was 80 in the house. I changed the filters immediately but it didn't change overnight. I called AccuTemp after hearing about them from a friend. Austin and crew were nearby and were able to make a stop by that evening. They got the AC running within an hour. My name is David Lowry, and I live in Edmond, Oklahoma. My 15-year-old air conditioner finally gave up the ghost. We gave Austin at AccuTemp Heating and Air Conditioning a call because our family had used him before and found him to be very responsive and helpful. A year earlier, he warned us that we didn’t have much time remaining on the unit, but he helped us patch it together for another season. This time, however, we needed a full replacement. Though no one wants to buy a new air conditioner, Austin showed us various options and ways of financing them. Fortunately, we were able to install the unit the next day. He arrived on time, installed our equipment, and neatly cleaned up all of his materials. We have a new American Standard HVAC system. The system he installed constantly monitors its operating parameters and will notify AccuTemp whenever there is a problem. We are very grateful for Austin and AccuTemp. He’s definitely on our family list of professionals we call when a need arises.
